For a data center, power decides the site. We measure what the public maps show and mark what only the utility can answer.

- Distance measured from the parcel boundary, not the center point.
- The electric utility territory the parcel sits in.
Where the record stops
Public maps show where lines and substations are. They do not show available capacity, queue position, or the cost to connect. Those answers come from the utility, and we list the questions to ask.
