Divide the total price by the number of acres. A 2.5 million dollar tract of 50 acres costs 50,000 dollars per acre.
Why does land near power cost more?
Proximity to transmission and substations, water, and a highway interchange makes a tract useful for industrial and data-center projects, and buyers pay for that.
