FOUND started as a search company for family-owned businesses. The job was reading records most people skim and acting on what they showed.

For years that record was a website: crawl logs, rankings, and search data. We learned that most problems are visible long before anyone looks.

Land works the same way. Flood maps, parcel layers, zoning ordinances, and utility filings are public. Few people read them together, and fewer read them before they spend money on a site.

FOUND now does that work for developers, builders, landowners, and investors across North Carolina. We combine careful research with modern data tools, and we say plainly where the public record stops.
